As for the Design
Part of the Business
I also offer my services and experience as a home designer. I
have seen the need for a Designer that will work for the HOME OWNER. As it has become very
apparent that many people do know what they want in their own
home design. I find that most people can make their own educated
decisions as to what their own home should look like, as long as
they can see the home as the design process progresses. With the
development of CAD software that will bring any and all 3D views
of a home to life, even people that could not see or visualize a
2D drawing, can now see and walk through their home before it is
ever built. I also have found that the home owner can save
substantial money by taking advantage of both the lower amount of
time spent drawing a plan using CAD, and the elimination or at
least decrese in change orders as the home gets under
construction. The 3D views help trades also as they are placed on
full scale blue prints.
I would also like to mention how easy and afforadable it can
be to have your home designed before you move to Florida. With
the use of the internet, long distance telephone calls can be
reduced or even eliminated.
The bottom line is "I can
save you money"
